1. Service-Based Refunds
Because we provide roof and gutter cleaning services, refunds are generally not issued once the service has been completed, unless there is a clear issue with the quality or delivery of our work.
However, we stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the issue and may offer the following:

2. Cancellations
You may cancel your appointment with no charge up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find the next available time that fits your schedule.
4. Weather or Safety Cancellations
In the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, or storms), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services for the safety of our team and your property. You will not be charged for any cancellations due to weather or other safety concerns.
5. No-Show Policy
If we arrive at your property for a scheduled service and are unable to perform the work due to access restrictions, locked gates, or other preventable issues, and no one is available to resolve them, a $50 no-show fee may apply.
